Use: the taping production a variety of surface mounting devices (SMD)

Capability and parameter:

·Flat blow molding, man-machine interface, easy and intuitive; automatic fault detection alarm system guarantees the normal operation of the equipments pneumatic components and servo motor lead screw are used;the performance is superior and stable; the secondary auxiliary molding depth can be up to 30MM (to be customized upon in excess of 30MM), parallel bars are used for the mold frame to locate, and X/Y axis is fine-tuned with micrometer, saving time to adjust the mold; automatically cut after setting the production quantity, to save labor and raw materials to the maximum extent. A carrier tape quality detector is loaded optionally.

Production process:

· Automatically detect the emptying-warm-up-heat-mold-push (E value protection)-punch-tape-automatically detects the materials received-automatically cut after reaching the set value.

Scope of set parameters:

·The heating time; blow molding time; auxiliary molding time;

·Tape speed; tape length; length in production

·The production of the applicable 12mm to 88mm carrier tapes

·Tape length is up to 120MM;

·The highest theoretical speed in production can be up to 450m/h(the speed of commissioning shield carrier tapes of our company reaches 380m/h).
