1.All kinds ofengine valves of K.H.D can be manufactured as your demand, somespecifications are as below:

 2. Surfacetreatment

      (1)Nitrated : increaseperformance of exhaust valves that undergo high thermal loads dueto high exhaust gas temperatures.

       (2)Chromeplated valve stem :  increase the wear resistance dueto friction against valve guide.

       (3)Stellitedvalve seat : get high hot hardness at the seat for heavyduty applications.

3. Product Feature

      (1) Intakevalve: good hardness, wear resistant, a magnetic, called themartensite;

       (2) ExhaustValve: good toughness, high temperature resistance,corrosion resistance, no

magnetic, called theaustenitic; 

4.Thematerial

       (1)Normal material:Intake valve is SUH1(40Cr) ;    Exhaustvalve is SUH3(4Cr9Si2).

       (2) Best material: Intakevalve is SUH3(4Cr9Si2);  Exhaust valve isSUH35(21-4N).

5.Packing

       (1)Neutral Packing :white bag, whitebox, carton. 

       (2)Packing as clients'' requirement (packing of nominatedbrand).
