Kneader has greater mixing power which uses to high viscosity materials’ kneading, mixing and polymerization. There are three kind of Kneader, which includes vacuum, pressure and atmospheric pressure. It consists of two Z-shaped Kneading-axis and W-shaped chassis, the structure is bow-shaped cover; heating or cooling by Jacketed; Hydraulic flip cover and cylinder are available to use. Host, control cabinet, hydraulic station are all installed in the machine.
Kneader is widely use in high viscosity sealant silicone material, silicone rubber, ink, plant, resins, plastics and so on.
