SCST-241 is a new type of titanium and rare earth of nickel catalyst, which is mainly suitable for synthesis ammonia or hydrogen producing unit to remove the low concentration of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide from the hydrogen-enriched feed gas to get the inactive gas of methane and water which could be removed easily, so as to achieve the purpose of purifying the gas. It is one of the most widely used, the largest number of sales and users catalysts in China at present. The methanation catalyst has made a great achievement in any type of devices at high, at middle or at low pressure conditions. In addition, modified SCST-241 is suitable for synthesis nature gas using coal and coke-oven gas as material, and the carbon oxides conversion rate is more than 99%.
