The multi-blade log saw (i.e. Multi-blade saw for round wood) is a new type of saw machine equipment for damp &dry raw wood without a datum plane. It’s developed
by our company in response to the exploding market demands.
Main features: vertical symmetrical saw spindle, small saw blade diameter and thin saw kerf (50% that of normal single-spindle multiblade saw); flat and smooth sawing
surface (can replace planer); energy-saving and low waste due to the multi-blade design; high feeding speed to significantly improve efficiency. It is provided with
automatic centering device and features fast feeding, easy operation and high timber utilization, of which the upper pressing roll can automatically increase tensile
force to ensure stable feeding. Moreover, the spindle cooling, electric degreasing & cooling functions and external high pressure spray head help save energy and improve
cooling effects.
Main application: woodworking industry, such as board making, laminated wood, boarded floor, packing case and pallet, as well as building trades.
