Molded end air intake filter for air compressors

2.remove atmospheric dust from the air intake of blowers, compressors and engines or natural gas lines . These filters are for use on blowers, gas turbines, compressors, pipelines, chemical process plants and dust collection systems.

Molded End Filters are typically used on Air Filtration applications, especially on Air Intake applications.  Molded End Filter Elements have end caps made of a molded "rubber".  In most of our filters, the "rubber" end is a high quality polyurethane material . The polyurethane is applied to a mold in liquid form.  The filter pleats are then inserted into the liquid polyurethane.  As the polyurethane hardens, it creates a seal around the filter pleats that insures that no dirt or other materials can bypass the filter media .
