Multi Layer Sintered Wire Mesh Filter

 

 

Description:

The sintered wire mesh filter is made of multi-layers woven mesh through stacking compression. It is a new kind of filter material with high strength and integral rigidity by vacuum sintering, which can avoid defects of normal wire mesh with low strength, low rigidity, easy deformation, unsteady precision. So the sintered wire mesh has higher comprehensive performance than sintered metal powders, ceramic, metal fiber felt, etc.

1. The standard sintered wire mesh is composed of protection layer, filtering layer,     distribution layer and support layers.

2. The sintered wire mesh has extremely high mechanical strength and compression strength.
