All of our needle felt(polyester, polypropylene, Nomex, P84, PPS, Glassfiber, PTFE and the bend) are made from virgin fiber, scrim supported, singed, calendered and heatset treatment. We also have some special treatment such as water repellent, anti static, chemical resistant and PTFE coating, PTFE membrane laminated and so on. The weight is 400g/sqm to 750g/sqm(12oz to 17oz), the wide is very perfect for exporting 2.0m to 2.3m. And one 20’ container usually contain 5500 linear meter of this kinds of material.
