Two Down drive guide rollers(big diameter), guide rollers diameter250mm, two guide rollers are in the independent wash tank, lotion backflow to improve wash efficiency.Lotion is 130mm higher above the guide roller, this can ensure the adequate exchange between surface dyeing and lotion, and decrease cutting points distance (fabric enter into mesh roller) in max limit, keep sure fabric relax synchronous running.
