The machine can mix natural rubber plastic, raw rubber and compound, and rubber sheeting. It is mainly applied in rubber & plastic products factory.
Being open type two roller mixing mill, it consists of seat, frame, roller, driving gear, lubricating device, cooling and heating device, adjusting device of roller nip, safety brake, motor and reducer, etc. The roller, with smooth surface after polished, is made of chilled cast iron. Steam and cooling water can be inputted in the empty roller to adjust temperature of roller. Two rollers rotate reversely with different speed, so that rubber materials are drawn into the gap of the two rollers for processing. With hydraulic-controlling roll guide, it can freely adjust the axial separation of roll guide. The main machine is of compact structure, high intensity, and low noise and so on. This machine also can be installed stock blender according to customer’s request to decrease the labor work.
