OPIPE is complex system for controlling plastic pipes during production.
The standard system contains of:
- industrial computer with LCD touch screen;
- ultrasonic card OPCARD2.0;
- multiplexer OPMUX02;
- set of ultrasonic transducers
- measuring head;
- signal lamp;
- Software.
Features
- dedicated measuring heads designed to a wide range of pipe diameters with various wall thicknesses;

- water condition compensation;
- measuring of sound velocity in the plastic;
- measuring: wall thickness, outside and inside diameter, ovality, eccentricity and material consumption (kg/s);
- controlling of puller, allowing to reduce material cost;

- special control software offers a variety of settings and control parameters, generating a full report of measurements;
