We use high quality bearing steel, alloy steel and carbon steel(for customers to choose) to make roller shell, and itshardness can reach HRC 58-62 after heat treatment.The hardeningdepth is more than 6mm (for bearing & carbon steel rollershell) and 2.7mm (for alloy steel roller shell).
The roller shell types we can make are as follows: opencorrugated(open slotted), closed corrugated (closed slotted),dimpled, fish scale, oblique-shaped groove, arc-shaped groove, ;etc.
