Hole Shape: round,rectangular, square, diamond, oval, triangle, five-pointed star, hexagonal,cross, plum flower form, irregular drum hole, etc.

Characteristics:stamping,bending resistance, aging resistance, not easy to rust, strong and durable,smooth surface.

Application:

(1) used as filter in internal combustion engine ofautomobile;

(2) used as comminuting screen, griddle and H screenfor mine, pharmaceutical and food industries;

(3) used as sound insulation of indoor construction,also used in HVAC of grain depot and mechanical protection & decorationindustries;

Basic Specification:

Thickness: 0.6-20mm

Pitch：aresupplied as standard sizes 1000 x 2000 and with sizes required by the customerhimself.

Full Edges: Generally,standard sheets with a maximum thickness of 3 mm have minimal full edges juston the longer sides, while from 4 mm up, there are full edges also on the othersides.

Hole Patterns: Staggered and straight aligned holes are the most common patterns.

（1）The holes are set at 60°, staggered.

This kinddisposition (also said quincunxes-portion) is the most common, since itcombines high rigidity of the sheet with a pretty good ratio of empty on full.This is therefore considered the standard position and, apart from differentagreements, this is the perforation normally performed.  

（2） Disposition at 45°, staggered.

The holes are set at 45°, This kind of perforation is seldomrequired. Therefore the manufactures are seldom equipped with tools for thiskind of perforation.  

（3）Disposition at 90°, straight aligned.

The holes are set on parallelrows. This disposition is often required for exhibition parrots, shopfurnishing and sometimes as decoration (radio-devices front or similar), it isanyway a common disposition.
