PEXb -AL-PEXb of Assotherm srl is realized for extrusion by a Polyethylene High Density grid through a chemical trial (PEXb) to which is overlapped a sheet in aluminium welded head-to-head and a following re-covering extruded in Polyethylene grid. The different layers of material are united by adhesive graces on purpose studied for furnishing to the finite product a homegenous structure from the high features of resistance to the high pressures and to the raised temperatures. The trial of grid excites the natural and structural Polyethylene characteristics. The pipe has an aluminium soul welded head-to-head in continuos: this operation agrees to obtain a welding more resisting than some welding for superimposition to ultrasounds.
Pipe works with brass press fittings: we produce too.
