In spring of 2004, Hengxing Industry Zone is completed covering an area of 120,000 square meters including more than 70000 square meters standard workshops.
Company has first-class technical forces and advanced equipments of production, processing and testing. It has 35 senior engineers and designers, 76 mould technicians and hundreds of professional technical workers. Software such as CAD, U/G and PRO/E are broadly applied and it is equipped with 40 sets of state-of-the-art high precision machining equipment including imported large gantry milling machine, imported CNC machining centers, etc. It has more than 30 sets of injection molding machines and many automatic advanced assembly lines. And it installs the most advanced emission testing equipment, gas composition testing instrument, wind blowing machine testing system, dimension measuring testing instrument, material experiment equipment etc.
