2,The hot runner system of our molds are include DME, HASCO, HASKY, MOLDMASTER, INCOE, YUDO, SYNVENTIVE.
3,plastic include the raw material include ABS, PP, AS, HDPE, LLDPE, PP, POM, PA66, PA6, PC, PMMA, HIPS, NYLON, PVC, TPU, TPR

4,mold steel resource is from SWEDEN ASSAB,Japan DAIDU,and our client require. The normal mold steel we use for our client are H13,430,P20,NAK55/80,COPPER etc. 
4,Our molds are exported to European,America,Australia and Mid-East.

5,Strict quality control on our plastic injection moulding parts, we use CMM to detect the

parts to gurantee its precision dimension.

6,High precision mold manufacturing,tolerance could reach 0.003-0.005mm.
