Features:
- Welting fully-closed type packing is adopted and the finished products are featured by beautiful appearance and compact structure.
- The production is completed through such procedures as automatic feeding, piling, bag making, sealing & cutting, flattening, shrinking, finished products output, etc., so that labor cost is greatly reduced.
- The constant temperature type super alloy sealing cutter is used for sealing and cutting. It is featured by good sticking resistance, fine sealing thread, no coking, no smoke and zero pollution.
- Special protection device is provided at the sealing to effectively prevent wrong cutting of packaging.
- Packaging size is randomly adjustable without the need of replacing molds.
- The shrinking chamber adopts the double-circulation hot air system with randomly adjustable temperature.
- Internationally famous brand electrical equipment, man-machine interface, PLC system are adopted with stable running and high automation degree.
- linked production with the boxing and sealing machine, automatic ink-jet printer and other production lines can be realized.
