Working principle:

The concrete slab forming machine works on the flat platformwhit the motor power. The materials are pushed into the mold in themachine to be formed after the convening of speed reducer andtaking advantage of the repeatedly straight working line of theslider.

At the same time the outside vibration makes the concrete highlyplasticized. And the under the reaction of the slider moving, thewhole machine will move along the steel wire overcoming thefrictional resistance. The concrete slab is forming behind themachine. After few days’ maintenance, we can cut the concretehollow core slabs into different sizes.
