· TERA-precision Unit TERA Series consist of the inside-diameter grinder, outside-diameter grinder and cutter.
· FAG(Germany) Precision(PAS grade) angular bearing is used and sealed with grease to maintain the fixing rate for long-time-using.
· When and order is taken, we negotiate the contents and ship bearings applied the pre-compressing to fit the purpose.
· Designed for selecting and assembling bearings and pre-compressing.
· Grinding Spindle Unit uses angular bearings for the front and back(DT ssembling) and is applied the spring pre-compressing to support uniform load.
· Cutting spindle Unit uses angular bearings for the front and back(DB assembling).
· The balance of a shaft is adjusted to drive even rotation and control the centripetal force.
Precision Spindle Unit
