2.Producing process

2.1The sandwich panel put by manual on enter conveyor rack.

2.2When the sandwich panel touch the preset site, the air cylinder plate would press the sandwich panel and “V” type disc saw would start to cut from one side to the other side. Cut off inner sheet and middle PU/rockwool. There is 90 degree gap on the sandwich panel. The air cylinder plate go to original site.

2.3The worker take the sandwich panel away. The saw go to original site.

2.4The worker take off inner sheet and middle rockwool.

3.The limit: The width of sandwich panel is <1000mm,the thickness is 50-100mm, the length of sandwich panel is less 4000mm.

4.The power : 10kw
