Features of the centrifugal pump:
The pump has a vertical structure with the same caliber of inlet and outlet. Since the centrifugal pump lies in the same center line, it can be installed in the pipeline just like valves. With compactness and beautiful appearance, small floor space and low construction cost, it can be used outdoors if combined with a shield;
The impeller is mounted directly on the extended shaft of the electric motor. The centrifugal pump has a small axial size, compact structure, as well as appropriate arrangement between pump and motor bearing, which can effectively balance radial and axial loads during the operation, thus ensuring smooth operation with low vibration noise;
Mechanical seal or a mechanical seal combination are used for shaft shields. The centrifugal pump uses an imported titanium alloy seal ring, a medium-high temperature resistant mechanical seal, as well as a hard alloy and wear-resistant seal to effectively increase the service life of the mechanical seal;
The installation and maintenance is convenient and can be done without dismantling the piping system. The rotor parts can be drawn out just by demounting the coupling nuts of the pump.
