Billet: common carbon steel    Billet specification: 80x80x3000    Production specification: wireD6-D8.   Output: 70,000tons   

Two  process offer

It uses billet with the specification of 80×80×3000 for wire. It uses one D400 bloomer and rolling 7 passes, then through the hot crop shearing into the following continuous rolling train. When rolling rebar, need D300 rolling and D300FM rolling, then into D280FM wire rolling accurately. Then through spinning machine, to cooling roller,after cooling then packaging.
