Order process:
When our confirm the order, start our cooperation relationship.
Frist: We will give the product pictures or samples to molddesigner,then mold production beginning. Mold design incould two part,one is proofing mold made,another is production orders mold made.

Second: We will carry out material preparation,this process named mixing: Rubber ( with or without mixing ) and various additives through mechanical mixing refine to turn homogenization and dispersion process.raw rubber is buy from our suppliers,after mixing then can vulcanization become a rubber products.
Third: Raw material cutting according to the mold size and weight of product, then workers make more simple and fast.
Four: Vulcanization start, which is the important part of the rubber products.
The conventional curing system
Unsaturated rubbers typically use the following vulcanization system.
1 to two sulfur, organic sulfur and sulfide, thiazole, two phenyl guanidine, zinc oxide, stearic acid curing agent. This is the most common curing system. But the vulcanizate heat oxygen aging performance.
* 2 alkyl phenolic resin.
More than 3 halide ( such as polybutadiene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber and butadiene rubber hexachloroethane ), ethylene - xylene.
4 difunctional reagents such as quinones, two amine, azo and phenyl azo derivatives ( for butyl rubber and the ethylene propylene rubber ) and other ].
5 bismaleimide, double acrylate. Two valence metal acrylate ( methyl methacrylate ), a polyether acrylate.
6 for curing saturated rubber organic peroxides.
Saturated rubber vulcanization of different kinds of saturated rubber, can use different vulcanization system. For example, vulcanized EPDM three, the use of organic peroxides and unsaturated crosslinking reagents, such as three allyl isocyanurate ( curing agent TAIC ).
7 vulcanized silicone rubber can also be used for organic peroxides. Vinyl silicone rubber vulcanization in the catalyst ( Pt ) participation conditions.
Five:products finish and we often use poly bag packaging products,most is according to the instruction of guests for packing.
