The machine is made by Split Type Block Design. Its appearance is beautiful and compact and it’s convenient to install and overhaul. It owns automatic control system and unit type filling--weighing system, which can fast, and accurately complete cement filling package and weigh, and off the bag, as well as recognize and exclude unqualified bags, and series of works through the central computer and the unit min computers.

Its weighing unit can correct the signal errors of the bag transferred by networking electronic scales. It is automatically for adjustment and makes the weight of the bag maintained in best state. It also can package productions continuously and cumulatively. The packaging machine has machinery scales and electronic scales, which has Shaker, and vertical discharge valve, and broken package cleanup device, and back ash received dust device, and electronic weight correction scales, and automatically suit machine (also can sets bag artificially). It is equipped with device and all strict seal key, which own good effect of receiving dust and can be managed by just two people. The function of this machine is diverse, and its automation degree is high, which has thoroughly change the lagged situation of original cement packaging workshop that is high dust-concentration and labor- intensity.
