Product Introduction

Rubaflex is a rubber foam insulation made of NBR/PVC compound that blows out nitrogen gas to generate closed cells at a safe processing temperature range.

All RUBAFLEX foams are completely free of chlorofluorocarbons that degrade the ozone layer.

The air trapped inside of the closed cells provides effective retardant for the heat transfer between the two sides of the elastomeric foam.

With low thermal conductivity, high resistance to water vapor permeability and outstanding fire performance, RUBAFLEX insulation is widely used in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC & R) industries.
