1. Heavy Duty actuators usually used with 90°rotating valve, For example, ball valve, butterfly valve, rotary valve and others, used in the switch or adjust function of traffic.

2. Actuators are symmetrical design. When 0° to 90°input torque is the largest. The middle output torque is minimal. Conform to the torque characteristics of ball valve products.

3. Actuators using canted design, can output a bigger starting torque. With the torque characteristics of butterfly valve products.

4. Hard chromium plating on cyliner block, ensure longer service.

5. Rail grinding high frequency quenching treatment, square self lubricating on the slider, ensure long sevice.

6. Actuators have a complete installation accessories include: screw manual, hydraulic manual, limit switch, solenoid valve, positioner and other control components.

7. Modular design, easy to installation, maintenace and storage.

8. Spring return actuator can provide 120000N.m torque output. Double acting actuator can provide 240000N.m torque output. The maximun working pressure is 8 bar.

9. Two independent stroke adjustment bolts, can be in the range of ±6°to regulate valve position(on/off)

10. Working temperature: Low temperature -40℃ ~ 80℃, standard -20℃ ~ 80℃, high temperature -20℃ ~ 150℃

11. Comply with IP65 protection class.
