Step 1: Clean your skin. This is the most important step.
Clean your chest area with mild soap and water to remove bodyoil and residue from skin. Dry your skin with towel. Do not usepowder, moisturizers, oils or fragrances.
Step 2: Place one side on at a time.
Step 3: Connect the front closure. Then, with both hands on thebra cups press firmly for a few seconds to secure the hold.
Caution:
Hand wash only.
Do not clean with alcohol, bleach or any cleaning solutions. Allyou need is warm water and soap. Dry it in the air.
Keep sharp objects away from your Freebra.
Not recommended for women with sensitive skin or sun burnedskin. We suggest that not wear freebra for more than 6 hours at atime.
