3= anti-corrosive primer
Internal painting : two-part epoxy resin painting, ochre colour,
with an average dry thickness of 120 microns.
External painting: anti-corrosive primer painting, red-brown colour,
with average dry thickness 60 microns.

3= metallic zinc
4= Gray primer
Externally – initial flame applied anti-corrosive zinc coating at 130g/m2, then
painted using a grey acrylic primer with an average dry thickness of 40 microns.
Internally – two-part epoxy coating, ochre colour, with an average thickness of
250 microns.
TML DIN/EN877 Cast Iron Socketless Pipes
1= Yellow epoxy coating
2= Cast Iron
3=Zinc layer
4= Reddish/brown epoxy coating
Externally – anti-corrosive zinc-spray coating at 130g/m2, then
painted using a Reddish/brown epoxy coating with an average dry thickness of 60 microns.
Internally –Yellow epoxy coating, with an average thickness of 150-200 microns.
