1.The basic information of JR

The headoffice of JR is located in Dalian, with convenient tranportation.

The predecessor of JR is built in 1998, and JR is built in 2004,with 12000 m2 factory.

There are more than 320 staffs in our company.Now we have three office (Shanghai, Guangzhou,Tianjin Office) in China, one agent in Germany.

2. Capacity of Production:

JR has more than 30 sets of CNC Equipments, 12 sets  Walterscheid  forming machine,5 sets of Finn-power visual swaging control unit, and other special facilities numbering more than 120sets, J&R  annual production capability of fluid connectors can reach to 1.3 million units. And we have huge inventory with 20 million CNY, which enable us to deliver goods to customers in time.

3. Quality Control

We’ve passed ISO9001:2008, and we can offer CCS,ABS,DNV certificate. JR focus on the quality of the products, from material purchase to products delivery. And we have test room, including vibrate test machine, burst test machine,impulse test machine etc..

4.Technical Support

1.We have professional technical staff more than 20 persons.

2.We put 4% annual sales to research and design every year.

3.We introduce Solidworkers,SB3DS etc. software for pipe design, to offer pipeline design for our customer.

5.Application of Products

We have complete products chain for hydraulic pipeline.Our products include Tube Fittings, SAE Flanges,Flare Flanges, Retain Ring Flanges, Hydraulic Hose Assembly, Industrial Hose Assembly, Pipe Clamps, Test System etc., which are applied in kind of fields.
