Steel-plastic Composite Pipe

For plastic-coated pipe, flowing immersion process is used to coat evenly and strongly such powder as polythene and resin on the inner and external walls of pipes, which greatly improves the anti-corrosion for steel pipes. The polythene-coated steel pipe has a good electric corrosion; and basically it will not adsorb moisture, the water absorption is below 0.003%.There is a high adhesion between the coatings and black pipes, and the coat will not peel off under high pressure. The polythene has a good extensibility, and can be bent just under normal temperature. The product is featured by good anti-corrosion, high mechanical strength, good climatic performance, excellent insulation, the inner and external surface is smooth and the friction coefficient is small, is widely used in telecommunication, electric engineering, transportation, petroleum, chemical and city building, etc.
