Hot airflow dryer for sawdust, also called pipeline type drier,adopting twice circulate heating system, is our newly advanceddrying equipments, and shows the features of automatic feeding,high hot airflow speed, fully mixing of airflow and materials, bigdrying strength, lower dust and bigger drying capacity.

The sawdust dryer can make the sawdust with certain humidity to dryin the dryer, high-speed hot air stream sustain raw material in thesuspending state, then the material is dried. Since air streamspeed is very high, and materials suspending in air stream, theheat transfer surface between air and raw material is large so theheat transfer rate is high.

Moisture in the raw materials of less than 50% can be drying onetime to meet the requirement for coal bar production, which greatlyreduced the labor intensity compared with commonly useddrier.

Working Principle of sawdust pipedryer

1) First, the wet materialsare put into the hopper.Thenthe fuel boiler generates hot air which mixes with wet materialsand then is sucked into the pipes by the exhausted blower(draft fan) quickly.

2)The hot airis going though the curving pipes, thus wet materialscan get fully dried during the dryingprocess.

3) After the wet materials get dried, the dried materials are expelled out by theexhausted blower.

Structure of sawdust pipedryer

1.Withinthe drum, two layers of insulation.The drum has  three spiralpieces, which can dry materials by moving around until evenlyheated frying.

2.Italso adoped snake-like tube and using of the negative pressureventilation fan to dry the material in the pumping pass to thespiral separation to get the drying effect.

For raw materials with heavy humidity which is above 12%, it isnecessary to install a dryer before further process. This aircurrent type dryer can reduce the humidity of wood materials below12% per time. The cost of this air current dryer is much lower thanrotary dryer.

buffer (drying chamber) of dryer, thus wet materials is finished todry, and the dried materials are discharged from the outlet withair lock.
