1 The frame of machine is composed of oiltank,worktable, left and right housings and ram. So it has high strengthand good rigidity. Also it takes vibration to eliminate stress.
2. Electro-hydraulic servo system and closed loopcontrols ram running with good accuracy
3. Synchronization of single machine:Bosch servovalve, Linear scale and cnc computer used as close loop system.When the ram moves, right and left side linear scale will inspectthe move positions of both cylinder and feed back the signal to cnccomputer, then the computer will control the bosh serve valve toadjust speed of both cylinders to make sure the ram with goodparallelism of the ram with good accuracy.
4. Synchronization of tamdem machines: there is onesynchronization electric board used between two singles machines tomake sure good parallelism of both machines.
5. Through computer, the operator could communicatewith machine. The computer has several service language, calculateand adjust the bending force automatically. Also it could calculateand control the dead point, speed changing point. The strokes (Y1,Y2) of ram could make a small till to meet the special requirementof user.
6. Worktable compensation unit is adopted to make upfor deflection of machine when working to make sure the precisionof work piece.
