1.General Description of Tank Assembly Manipulator for Corrugated Tanks
This Manipulator is designed for fast and easy assembly of the top frame, tank bottom and the four corrugated 
panels to make a complete tank. This unit is quick to changeover from one tank size to the next so allowing 
efficient production of small batch sizes.

2.Features of Tank Assembly Manipulator for Corrugated Tanks
  1) The base frame is made from steel construction. 
  2) The hydraulic expanding head can easily be adjusted for different tank sizes and the clamps for top frame 
and tank bottom are included. 
  3) A small hydraulic power pack is mounted at the rear.
  4) The clamp arms for the different tank sizes are exchangeable and clamped hydraulically. 4 sets are included 
to cover the complete tank range. The four front clamping arms form the fixed datum point, whilst the rear ones 
are adjusted according to the tank height by means of a measuring tape.

3.Tank Inside Dimensions
Tank inside dimensions are: - Min (W) 285mm to 900 mm  Max (L) 600mm to 1500mm. 

4.Operation of Tank Assembly Manipulator for Corrugated Tanks
 1) In order to move the tank into the desired working position, the manipulator can be rotated around the axis
 by 360 degree by means of a rotary gear electric motor and can be locked in the desired position.
 2) Operator push buttons are conveniently mounted in a small box connected by flexible cable.
 3) The Tank can be tack welded using MIG welding torch. It is recommended having tack welded the tank to finish
 weld all seams while the tank is still on the manipulator.
 4) The Setting up of frame, bottom and corrugated panels are carried out using a pillar crane and the factory crane 
is used to remove the finished welded tank.
 5) Removal of the finished welded tank is done by the factory crane; setting up of frame,bottom and corrugated 
walls is done via jib crane.
