Working theory: the insoluated thermal expension material in the housing will expand when sense the set temperature. Under the power of the expasion, with the help of the rubber seal in the component to make the actuator move which will turn the heat into mechanical energy and the component acuator will have an upwards displacement. This displacement will realize the automatic control of various functions. The return of the acuator will be finished by the weight-bearing load when the temperature is down.

The main technical parameter:

1). The height of the acuator: the hight of the thermostatic element can be defined by the technical file and drawings.

2). The displacement of the acuator: related to the temperature range which ranges from 1.5mm-20mm.

3). Temperature range: the temperature range of the thermostatic components is from 20 centigrade upto 230 centigrade.
