Hollow glass is made of two or more pane of glassbetween which aluminum/warm edge spacer is filled with NATERGY 3Amolecular sieve. The edge of spacer is sealed by high strengthsealing sealants P.I.B. (Double sealing: Butyl used for the firstsealing, Kommerling polysulfide rubber or silicon structuralsealants should be chosen according to purpose)

Characteristics

1. Opticalperformance

Various glass substrates can be used for HOLLOWglass to meet the request of sunlight transmission and reflection.In general, the range of sunlight transmission rate is 10-80%,reflection rate is 13-35%

1. ThermalPerformance

Heat transfer coefficient U value can beeffectively reduced by HOLLOW glass, if inert gas as argon isfilled; heat transfer coefficient can be further even dramaticallyreduced to 0.80

1. Soundinsulation performance

HOLLOW glass is ideal sound material. Normal HOLLOWglass can reduce noise by 30 dB, and HOLLOW glass filled with inertgas can further 5 dB, HOLLOW glass can reduce 80 dB traffic noiseto 45 dB, which is very quiet to rest

1. Anti-dewunder low temperature

Hollow glass is filled with enough desiccant, itcan effectively absorb the vapor in the inner space or penetratedfrom outside to ensure the gas in inner space is dry and would notdew above -40°C

Windows and doors, ceiling, insulated, partition ofbuildings; sound insulation is utmost importance, like school,hospital, office building, airport, and hotel; also applied forrefrigeration appliance, aircraft, ships, etc.
