In those early years we majoring in sulphate process.We can get two kinds of titanium dioxide by this way:futile and analyst titanium dioxide.The advantage of this method is based on the easy and cheap raw materials,Immense and Sulfuric acid, Mature technology,Simple device,Corrosion resistant materials can get easily, but the disadvantage of this way is:long process,the high cost of water and sulfuric acid, the more waste and by-products,heavy pollution.So in the 2000 we introduced the morgen advanced technology of high captial,Chloride process,which can make futile or titanium slag powder mixed with the coke production through high-temperature chlorination to get titanium tetrachloride.Then by high temperature oxidation,and then filtered,washed,dried,crushed to get titanium dioxide product at  the end.Use this process we just can get the futile type.So we use it to process futile type.The advantage of this process is,short production process, easy extened production ability, continuous high degree of automation, energy consumption is relatively low, he "three wastes"less, to get quality products.
