Tube maker is the tube processing equipment of new generation, which we have developed by integration of up-to-date foreign technologies in tubes manufacturing. With this single production line, we can weld both aluminum barrier laminated (ABL) tubes and plastic barrier laminated (PBL) tubes and also can cut tubes of all types according to color code or length.
This packing machine controlled by PLC with the human-computer interface of touch screen, is featured with stable performance, simple manipulation and easy adjustment. It is specializing in welding the side-seaming of ABL and PBL tubes with fastness and neatness. When welding ABL tubes, the machine can entirely cover the exposed aluminum foils, ensuring the quality of filling materials over a long period of time. It will be widely used in the production of packaging tubes of toothpaste,cosmetic, ointment, food and other types of pastes or latexes products.
