Tubing spool is used to hang oil tube and seal casing annulus. Its major structural features are :
The form of the secondary seal between mandrel hanger and reducing flange: 0-seal ring, grease fitting BT seal and mental-to-mental seal;
The sealing form of mandrel hanger and tubing head falls into mental-to-mental seal, special synthetic rubber seal and metallic seal;
There are grease fitting valve port and sealed test port;
The sealing form of lower tubing head falls into 0-seal ring, feeding BT seal and metallic seal;
The reducing flange of mandrel hanger and tubing head can be directly penetrated by cable and interface can be set for the control line of downhole safety valve. The connection type of side outlet includes screw-type or flange form, and VR screw thread is set for easy replacement of valve.
