This is a multi-function ball valve used for industrial angular travel proceess control.

A special V-shape cut is designed on the valve core to provide it with best disconnection and control ability in ball valves. A flared shape steel bushing installed in the V-shape cut can cut down the flowing fluid once the valve's closed; The steel bushing can also clean the feculence on the core valve to keep it regulaly sealed and workable. Due to a spring triggered and medium sealed system, the steel bushing owns the edges of small torsion needed, heat impact resistant and automatic complemanted by tee etc,.
The valve is of a small size, easy to be installed and operated.
 
The V-Shape Regulating Valve is used for precise control of small fluid flow. An self-developed dimonsion caculation software is used for cutting the V shape cut, makes which precisely fits the clients' requirements for fluid flow. Under a 0.1Mpa differential pressure, an adjustable 70kg/h flow rate can be achieved.
