 Waterhyacinthmaterial is collected from the nature. It is dried in the sunshineto make sure free of all viable plants. Raw material turns intonature yellow when it gets dry.

After material is treated with anti-mold chemical (eco-friendly),weaving procedure is performed by village weavers.

Finishing step is taken care at our factory site by skillfulworkers.

Semi-finished product is cleaned with cutting before glueing to getsturdy shape.

Product is again dried or heated in the kiln to make sure 100%dry.

Final QC is taken before packing in standard exportcarton.

The cargo will be fumigated before shipping.
