*How is our Waterhyacinth product produced?
Waterhyacinthmaterial is collected from the nature. It is dried in the sunshineto make sure free of all viable plants. Raw material turns intonature yellow when it gets dry.
Aftermaterial is treated with anti-mold chemical (eco-friendly), weavingprocedure is performed by village weavers.
Finishingstep is taken care at our factory site by skillfulworkers.
Semi-finishedproduct is cleaned with cutting before glueing to get sturdyshape.
Productis again dried or heated in the kiln to make sure 100%dry.
FinalQC is taken before packing in standard export carton.
Thecargo will be fumigated before shipping.
