Structure and working principle of wood powdermachine
1. The wood powder machinecontains main body, middle body and lower body. We install tripletstator wheel, pulverizing blade wheel and fineness sensor in themiddle body of the machine.
2. Pulverizing blades: ‘7’shaped blade, horizontal blade and eccentric blade.
3. The machine alsocontains blower, powder collector and dust collector.
4. The motor of thismachine drives the rotor to rotate with a high speed. And theblades inside the machine start to cut and pulverize the materialinto wood powder.
5. The fineness sensor canseparate the powder with required fineness.
How to adjust the output powder fineness
1. Fineness range: 30-500mesh. The yield and fineness may differ from differentmaterials.
2. The air volume can beadjusted too.
3. We can move the finenesssensor up or down to change the output powder fineness.
