Embossing workingprocess:
1, The embossingroller should be heated to a required temperature before working,and it should be keep around the required temperature in working,below shows the roller speed control system, roller up and downcontrol system, and temperature control system for the embossingroller, we use OMRON brand.
2, The lowerembossing roller can be adjusted up and down to adjust the space oftwo rollers according to the thickness of the WPCproduct.
