Specification

1st head:                          ¢0.3 straight wire roller;

2nd &3rd &4th heads:    ¢0.25 vertical discs;

5th heads:                      ¢0.2 straight wire;

6th head:                       ¢0.8 straight Tynex brush

This Technical data willbe different according to clients wood panel.

1.With steel brush, tynex brush and disc 

brush to brush the soft wood grain of solid wood and leave the hard wood grains or distress the solid wood and follow the natural grains of wood, to make the surface more rustic, country and weathered, mainly used in processing rustic solid flooring/parquet, classic/antique furniture panel, doors/window frame ,solid wood veneer etc. 

2.To Brush and sanding wood strips before lacquering.

3.To rounghen plastic wood profile and WPC boards.

4.To polish before staining, laminating,  oiling/waxing

Machine features:

Ü Steel wire brush or Tynex brush or discs brush work together or separately

Ü Fine adjustment and digital display of table openings.
