TheWPC sanding machine consists of working table, sanding belt,air-pressure tiny adjustment device, air clean gun, dedust deviceand so on.
1),working principle: use sand belt to remove the smooth surface ofthe WPC products, so that the final products will be similar to thetrue wood products much more.
2),Automatic feeding function, and sand the surface of productsevenly;
3),processing thickness: 0.5~120mm, it can be adjusted from theworking table by the hand wheel and digital indicating meter, highprecision;
4),tightness of sand belt can be adjusted by air-pressure tinyadjustment device, which can ensure the processingprecision.
5),there is safety operation guidance and pictures, which can remindworkers to protect themselves during the running.
6),there is emergency stop button on the evident place of the machinebody.
7),equipped with dedust device to collect the waste powder and improvethe workshop environment.
8),sanding processing speed: 0.5~15m/min
