High-speed Computer Paper Cross Cutting Machine

Function:
The machine applies to gold and silver paperboard, plain noodles rainbow paper, kraft paper, paperboard, plastic sheet roll material such as vertical and horizontal cross-sectional cut. Electrical controlling system uses a central computer control (PLC), human-machine interface operation, fixed-length control of imported servo drive systems. Advanced machine control mode make the speed of main motor, servo motor and feeding motor centralized control by computer to achieve synchronous operation, and the paper machine with an automatic paper rewinding system, with high precision, fast, easy loading, pile stack neatly and so on.

Main Equipments:
1. Use automatic electrical anaxial material-loading for material-unwinding, which can support 2000kg.

2. Use advanced magnetic powder brake for unwinding tension control.

3. Use cylinder for unwinding rubber roller press fit.

4. Main motor use 3.0kw Yaskawa servo motor.

5. Use fully automatic digital LCD touch screen computer control for length size, control the error within ±0.3mm.

6. Material-feeding press roller diameter is 80mm, controlled by cylinder pressure.

7. Cutting knife use high-speed steel material (made in ma’anshan)

8. The speed of main motor, servo motor and feeding motor is centralized controlled by computer which can reach sync running.

9. Use fully automatic material rewinding; rewinding height can reach to 1200mm.

10. Free spare parts: tool kit 1set, monkey wrench, inner hexagon spanner 1set, sharp-nose pliers 1pc, and air pump 1pc
