Film Blowing Machine
HDPE/LDPE high speed film blowing machine
Function:
This machine is used for the film blowing and molding of high density polyethylene (HDPE) and low density polyethylene (LDPE). The machine has the advantages of compact structure, convenient operation and small area occupancy, and is regarded as ideal equipment for specialized production of plastic films.
Features:
1. Adopting 38CRMOALA alloy steel as raw materials, both the screw and the charging barrel are manufactured by nitrogen treatment and precise processing. With high hardness and strong resistance against corrosion, they have long service lives.
2. With hard chrome plating, the die head is in a structure of screw mandrel, with even melting charge and high degree of finish of blast produced films. The air cooling equipment can make an even outlet air.
3. The coiling apparatus adopts pressure friction rewinding or center rewinding, which is driven by torque motor, leading to even and smooth rewinding and easy roll changing.
