Recommendations and Applications:
Adding a small amount of NM-1 into plastic/rubber compound will significantly reduce
the friction coefficient and abrasion , and with no influence on the mechanical properties , use ,
coating and bonding performance of product itself.
Main features of NM - 1
1. High cost performance, small dosage.
It has good compatibility with base material with outstanding abrasion resistance of products.
2. Environment friendly. With no heavy metals such as lead , mercury , chromium ,
without polybrominated diphenyl ethers and azo materials ,
fully meet the EU SGS certification requirements.
This product is thermal stable , does’t produce smoke and odors when using.
3. Basically it does’t affect the original mechanical properties of product.
4. NM-1 is of high molecular weigh t, is very stable under high or low temperature ,
without discoloration of products.
5. Finished products has outstanding abrasion resistance both inside and outside ,
and will not decrease for long term storage or rising temperature.
6. NM-1 will improve processing performance and appearance of products.
Using NM-1 when processing will significantly improve flow ability of the compound,
and obviously improved surface gloss and hand feeling of products.
7. NM-1 is widely used in TPR, TR, EVA, PVC and TPU compounds.
