Recommendations and Applications:
Mix-7# is an efficient integrated accelerator.
It does’t generate nitrosamines carcinogensduring vulcanization ,
perform well in discoloration resistance and blooming resistance of the vulcanizates.
Discoloration resistance grade reach 4th or above if the compound raw material is stable.
It has advantages like process safety, high efficiency, highly crosslinking ,
flat vulcanization , anti-vulcanization reversion.
Mix-7# is a good choice to replace MBTS (DM) ,CBS(CZ) ,TBBS(NS) ,
it imparts superior discoloration resistance and blooming resistance and physical
properties of the vulcanizates.
When it is used along with 0.1-0.3 PHR Longhi TS-80 as secondary accelerator ,
it increase the curing rate, and greatly increase crosslinking degree.
Mix-7# is mainly used in soles and other industrial products.
Composition:
Pre-dispersed 75% Longhi composite accelerator 7# in a 25% elastomeric binder
Elastomeric binder can be SBR or EPDM, or others according to customer’s requirements.

Dosage:
General add 0.5~2.5 PHR Mix-7# Granule into rubber compound, increase or decrease
the amount accordingly.
