Recommendations and Applications:

 

ZnO is mainly used as activator(promoting aids) of NR and synthetic rubber’s vulcanization , 

also uses as white pigment and curing agent of some synthesis 

rubber like(CR , CIIR , polysulfide rubber) , 

is the most important inorganic material in rubber industry. 

 

ZnO’s usage is usually 5.0% of rubber , it not only accelerate the vulcanization rate , 

increase crosslinking degree , but also is reinforcing agent and heat-transfer agent. 

 

Widely used in variety of rubber.

 

Composition :

 

60% zinc oxide, 40% elastomeric binder and surfactant. 

 

The elastomeric binder is EVA, or others according to customers’ requirements.
